Sales Assistant
We are looking for Interns to join our organisation in a Sales Assistant role. To be successful you do not need to have years of experience, applicants with the right attitude will be selected.
We are currently offering internship slots for a minimum of 1 full day a week for 12 weeks or more. Although many interns choose to stay longer. If you are selected, 150% of dedication is required to make your experience effective and valuable for both you and Interlike.
Your main role will be to assist our sales executives in all elements of the sales process. These tasks may involve:
- Managing Tasks
- Running daily Sales Focus meetings
- Preparing sales leads
- Prioritising tasks for Sales Executives
- Booking/Calendar management
- Critical daily time planning
- Preparing and managing meeting ready checklists
- Executing Tasks
- Create quotes and invoices
- Take notes at meetings
- Update sales process
- Feedback to marketing
- Managing/Reporting sales funnel
- Create sales systems
- Create quotes and invoices
- Mindset Care
- Be aware of productivity, effectiveness and output
- Recognition, rewards and incentives
- Changing daily dynamics to increase motivation
